Decades of research have demonstrated the benefits of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for both teachers and learners. Yet, when do we have time to meditate when we barely have time to go pee? In this workshop Chase Mielke, a mindfulness skeptic-turned-advocate, will share the most important practices and takeaways for embedding MBSR into an educators day. Time will also be carved out to share how he piloted and developed a MBSR class for high schoolers.
